A business day is a regular work day in Ontario. Business days do not include weekends or Canadian or Ontario statutory holidays.
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within two business days. Orders are not processed on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 6PM on Monday.

This time of the year sees great volumes of parcels being shipped, and postal services and couriers will drop their on-time guarantees and possibly run one or two business days behind schedule. Though the "Shipping cost estimate" is the best tool to determine transit times, here is a quick guide with he best dates to order by based on your location and type of shipping service (please note: these shipping times are not guaranteed):
Ontario and Quebec: order by December 18.
Western and Eastern Canada: order by December 12.
Newfoundland and Labrador, Canadian Territories*: order by December 12.
